Event Spaces

Since 1899, Eugene Country Club has been a place where people gather. Members can sponsor events here, from intimate dinners to full-scale celebrations, and our team brings the same care to your occasion that we bring to our members every day.

Choose from a range of spaces, including the Wine Room and the Tall Firs Room, which can be divided to suit smaller groups. Each offers views of the course and a warm, polished setting. Our exceptional food and service are the heart of every event. Our culinary and events staff work with you on everything from menu selections to room layout, so the details are handled and you can enjoy your guests.

Whether it's a wedding reception, a milestone birthday, a rehearsal dinner, or a corporate gathering, we'd love to help you create an occasion worth remembering. All events must be sponsored by an ECC member. If you're a member, contact our events team to start planning.

The Champions Room is adorned with two walls of windows creating lots of natural light. There is a large television in the room, great for presentations making it an ideal setting for intimate luncheons, private dinners, celebratory gatherings, and corporate events where an elevated yet relaxed ambiance is desired.

The Library is a warmly appointed lounge space featuring rich wood paneling, a stunning floor-to-ceiling stacked stone fireplace, and generous floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the room with natural light. The flexible lounge-style seating can be arranged to accommodate a variety of event styles, from standing cocktail receptions to intimate seated gatherings, making it the perfect setting for private celebrations, cocktail hours, and everything in between.

Exposed timber beams, soaring vaulted ceilings, and walls of windows looking out to the fairway make the Tall Firs Room a bright, airy setting for gatherings large and small. Warm wood and soft accent lighting give the space a polished feel, while the layout stays flexible: round tables for a seated banquet, high-tops for a lively cocktail hour, and a podium and screen for presentations. Doors open to the outdoor deck, so guests can step outside for a breath of fresh air.

Prefer something more intimate? A movable wall divides the room into two distinct spaces. Tall Firs North includes a full bar, making it a natural fit for receptions and cocktail-forward gatherings. Tall Firs South offers a quieter, cozier setting for dinners and smaller groups. Both sections open onto the deck, so every event has room to spill outside when the weather cooperates. Whether it's a wedding reception, a milestone celebration, or a corporate dinner, Tall Firs adapts to the occasion with ease.
