Guest Information

Detailed guest information is available to ensure your guests have a memorable golf experience on one of Oregon's top ranked golf courses.

To ensure a full measure of enjoyment, we suggest the following:

The Clubhouse, Golf Course, and Restaurant are OPEN with Covid Guidelines in place.

Guidelines have been put in place to protect all members, families, and Eugene Country Club staff. Club personnel will be cleaning and disinfecting the frequently touched surfaces continuously throughout the day, though it is the responsibility of everyone to use good judgement and practice good hygiene.

COVID-19 is spread person-to-person through coughing, sneezing, and close personal contact, including touching a surface with the virus on it and then touching your mouth, nose, and eyes. Older adults and people who have severe underlying medical conditions like heart or lung disease or diabetes seem to be at higher risk for developing serious complications from COVID-19 illness. It is imperative for members and staff to follow these guidelines:
  1. Wash your hands often – soap and water for 20 seconds.
  2. Avoid Close Contact – stay at least 6 feet from other people.
  3. Do not gather in groups and avoid crowded places.
  4. Wearing face coverings when using indoor areas of the Club, as well as outdoors when six-foot distancing cannot be maintained.
  5. Stay home when sick.
  6. Get vaccinated.
While the continued rollout of vaccines in Oregon is promising, it will take time to reach the level of community immunity we need to fully return to normal life. Until vaccines are widely available with high participation rates, the surest way to move towards reopening our businesses is to continue practicing health and safety measures. Thank you to everyone for working so diligently to keep each other safe and healthy.

Members and guests have a responsibility to take care of the golf course. Please repair ball marks on the greens. Replace divots or use sand/seed mix to fill divots in the fairways. Properly rake bunkers. When using a golf cart, please follow all directional signs and use cart paths when designated to do so. Please be especially careful to not drive in the tall fescue grass areas. The responsible operation of golf carts will help preserve the pristine condition of our playing surfaces.
