GENERAL SUMMARY
Ensuring a quality experience while visiting the club. Attending to members and guests before, during, and after their meals and/or drinks. Ensure the timely delivery of food and beverages by checking on their tables periodically throughout the service time. Ensure quality of service during social and cocktail hours. Friendly and caring attitude and service.
QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred candidates should have a minimum of two (2) years ala carte and/or banquet dining experience in an upscale casual dining environment.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to walk; stand; reach with hands and arms; balance; stoop; talk or hear both in person and by telephone. The employee must lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee works under typical restaurant/bar/event space conditions and is exposed to variable indoor and outdoor temperatures. The noise level is usually moderate and occasionally very loud.
